Respected Sir,

Most respectfully, it is stated that I live in a small village far away from my college. I have to come to college on the local bus. During the last week, I got some strange illness and I ran a high temperature. I remained under the treatment for fifteen days. There was no student to carry my application to the college. The teacher did not listen to me and fined me 500 RS, for absence. I belong to a poor family. My father is a clerk. So, I can't pay this fine.

 I hope you will consider my application with a kind heart.  I shall be thankful to you if you do help me in this matter. Thanking you in anticipation.
