Online Learning or Physical Learning

Online Learning or Physical Learning

Teacher: Good morning, dear viewer, welcome to the English Speaking Practice class. how are you doing?

Student: Good morning, Sir. I am doing well. And you?

Teacher: I am perfectly fine dear. Today our topic of discussion is traditional education Vs Online education. I have chosen this topic because nowadays everything is rapidly changing and becoming online either it is technology, commerce or even education.

Student: Indeed. This is quite fair. With the start of the 21st century, we have seen that every field of life is now converting into an online spectrum like technology, business, e-commerce, banking, and even education.

Teacher: Most importantly, In Covid-19 times, we have seen drastic paradigm shifts in every field of life. Everything is now shifting in the online space. So, like education.

Student: Yes, I admit that with the rise of Covid-19 and physical barriers, now we are staying at homes and ordering and learning through smartphones.

Teacher: Education is a significant pillar of life because it allows people to explore and learn different things. Somehow, I believe that the traditional way of learning is Active learning. Children collaborate and interact with each other which is very good for mental and social abilities.

Student: No doubt, traditional education is significant and efficient enough. But, in my opinion, online education is the future of learning. Through online education, you can decide the physical barriers and limitations, you can learning skills from the expert Teacher without any fee or at minimal charges.

Teacher: yes, I agree with this but one can not deny the benefits and advantages of traditional learning. You can learn social skills, collaborate with students in real-time and it is physical that can benefit a student’s college life is having contact with the Teacher, professors, and instructors. With online learning, the options are limited.

Student: Online learning is one of the imminent trends in the education sector around the globe. This mode of learning is done through the internet. this mode of learning has been made simpler. Online Education is also preferred in higher learning Institutions.  Many social sites and learning applications like Youtube, Khan Academy, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom offer interactive learning.

Teacher: Technology has become the key to a new world of education. The reality is that because of technology the world we live in today is much different than the one our kids live in just 20 years ago. But, sometimes, it is better to remain traditional than excessive use of technology in every field of life.

Student: Sir, The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered new ways of learning. All around the world, educational institutions are looking toward online learning platforms to continue with the process of educating students. Everywhere, the school-going kids are confined to the four walls. Amid these horrific times of Covid-19, the internet & technology have proven effective in helping the world connect. Despite closed and dysfunctional schools, online learning can save children from boredom and increase their knowledge bank.

Teacher: As for as, in my observations as a Teacher. traditional classroom teaching environment increases interaction, provides a conducive environment, encourages a higher level of competitiveness among students. The social environment at a traditional school is perfect to build a child’s character and personality. Teachers play a pivotal role in instilling discipline and providing a sense of direction to students in a traditional learning environment

Student: Traditional method of education is always effective but the benefits of achieving a degree online cannot be discounted. Online education Programs help individuals learn at their own pace where they don’t have to take a break or leave the job to pursue a degree course. Moreover, online education helps students develop skills needed for rewarding careers.

Teacher: Dear viewer, Child’s safety is the first major challenge in the online classroom environment among parents and schools. Cyberbullying and cybercrimes are on the rise and students are soft targets. Online classroom lacks constant supervision of a Teacher and students do not have the same level of discipline and direction that is required to learn in a virtual classroom environment

Student: Online education is also more flexible and feasible. Online education opportunities for those who cannot attend or access the traditional method of education for one reason or the other. This means that regardless of people’s physical locations, they can attain the same level of education by taking similar online courses. This is helpful for the needy and jobholders.

Teacher: Online environment has focused on digital content however it lacks emphasis on the importance of the learning aspect; whereas the traditional environment focuses on content and providing knowledge in real-time by helping materials and guidance.

Student: Perhaps one of the most notable benefits of online education is the provision of a flexible learning schedule.

Teacher: many researchers concluded that online learning can be tedious for most of the students due to lack of self-discipline and teachers also face the challenge of engaging students and usage of educational applications. Whereas, Traditional classroom encourages a closer relationship of students with their teachers.

Student: online education provides superior quality learning opportunities. Course materials are accessible all the time, enabling students to read and re-read discussions, lectures, and explanations. This provides students the chance to learn better than the traditional method of learning.

Teacher: Most students consider the traditional classroom environment beneficial for learning because they can interact with the Teacher and their classmates. The learning atmosphere of the traditional classroom helps them to stay focused and keeps them motivated; unlike virtual classrooms, as we are living in a developing country, Some students don’t have access to technological devices, so online classes are out of the question

Student: Yes, I am aware of this fact. However, it will not let down the importance of online education.

Teacher: Yes, it is clear that most of the students don’t have many facilities and access to technologies. We need some time to understand, interact, and be experts on this. It will take some time. But online learning also lacks some features like Lack of face-to-face interaction, Not all majors are available, Increased responsibility, Lack of accreditation.

Student: Yes, it will take time. Online education is the future because it has many advantages over the traditional method. online education enables students from low-income families to access quality education since a vast majority of online courses are cheaper than courses in the traditional setting. The cost-effectiveness of online education is also evident.

Teacher: Yes, you are right.

Student: Sir, actually there should be no shame in adopting new methods and technology. We should open our minds and soul to new challenges. There are many Advantages Of Online Learning like  Efficiency, Accessibility Of Time And Place, and Affordability. Every student has a different learning journey and a different learning style. The online learning system, with its range of options and resources, can be personalized in many ways. It is the best way to create a perfect learning environment suited to the needs of each student. Moreover, Allows you to track your progress.

Teacher: but, a good solution to this would be to give the students plenty of breaks from the screen to refresh their mind and their body.

Student: yes, of course, we should take precautionary measures.

Teacher:  With the rise of online educational platforms. Many hindrances and disadvantages were seen in this respect like  Inability To Focus On Screens, Technology Issues Sense Of Isolation, no proper Teacher Training. Many parents are concerned about the health hazards of having their children spend so many hours staring at a screen.

Student: Online education is suitable for those who can not visit or obtain the traditional education method for one reason or the other. Nearly 6.1 million college students are currently attending online courses, and this number is growing by around 30 percent yearly.

Teacher: yes, this is logically proven that online learning is helping students and learning across the world.

Student: Online education’s potential advantages involve increased educational access; it provides a high-quality learning opportunity, improves student outcomes and skills, and expands educational choice options. Therefore, location, time, and quality are no longer considered factors in seeking degree courses or higher education because of online education.

Teacher: In Pakistan, most of the students attended these online classes and find them rough, boring, and unattractive. Moreover, no supervision was detected by the teachers and management staff.

Student: Yes, I admit that. It happened because of a sudden rise of Covid-19 and a ban on physical gatherings. It was unexpected and educators and students were even not prepared for this paradigm change into online learning. If they were fully prepared about the use of technology, then it would not happen.

Teacher: Yes, I agree with you we were not fully prepared. This is a valid point.

Student:  thank God, you agreed with me on this.

Teacher: dear, As the most popular method of education, traditional education has proven its efficacy over the years. Its main aspects are the reasons why many families opt for it to educate their children.

Student: Just wait for some time, you will accept it as new normal. What I think is a blend of learning which involves both traditional and online that covers every aspect of interactive learning.

Teacher: yes, this is a perfect idea. Both of these learning methods are extremely good. Government and education policymakers should develop new laws and policies which will address both learning methods.

Student: With the advent of Covid19, e-learning seems to be one of the safest and easiest ways to impart education for acquiring new skills and explore new career options. A blended education system will satisfy the learners’ thirst for knowledge.

Teacher: The global COVID-19 pandemic has triggered new ways of conducting the teaching-learning process online. It is really good. And I am convinced that you have convinced me about the importance and significance of online learning.

Student:  yes. But, I also think that the traditional method of learning should work because physical learning is always far better than online learning.

Teacher: absolutely. Now, Finally, you agree with me.

Student: The advancement of the internet and technology has always helped mankind with an abundance of resourceful information. What I am saying is only this we should get benefits of online education.

Teacher: yes, we should take benefits from both methods of learning.

Student: indeed! You are right.

Teacher: in the end, I want to say that it is good to use both learning methods. Online educations have some pros and cons whereas traditional education. We should focus on to improve flaws in both methods and improve learning

Student: yes, I know this is only for a learning environment. I also believe that both methods of learning are good if properly instructed.

Teacher: it was an informative dialogue. We should work more on this type of educational and informative talk.

Student: sure, it helps me to better understand how to appreciate the differences, it was an informative talk. I am anxiously waiting for the next video. Take care

Social Media and its effects

Social Media and its effects

Teacher: Good morning, dear viewer, welcome to the English Speaking Practice class. how are you doing?

Student: Good morning, Sir. I am doing well. And you?

Teacher:  yes, I am perfectly fine. Today our topic of discussion is social media and its effects”. I think it is discussed in a colloquial way than professional. Moreover, I am looking forward to your participation in this because as a youth, you are more indulged and participate in social media networks.

Student: yes, this is a burning question. As with the advancement of technology, every person is literally on the internet either it is social media sites, business platforms, or e-commerce.

Teacher: Now a day’s social media has been an important part of one’s life from shopping to electronic mails, education, and business tool. Social media plays a vital role in transforming people’s lifestyles. Social media includes social networking sites and blogs where people can easily connect.

Student: Since the emergence of these social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook as key tools for news, journalists and their organizations have performed a high-wire act [1]. These sites have become a day-to-day routine for people.

Teacher: as I have figured it out that around Three billion people, 40% of the world’s population, use online social media – and we’re spending an average of two hours every day sharing, liking, tweeting, and updating on these platforms

Student: Multitasking has become a common theme in our lives and no one can deny it. It’s a wonder how we manage it all at the same time. We depend on our mobile phones for work, school, our personal and social lives.

Teacher:  yes, I agree.

Student: what do you think about social media advancement.

Teacher: I think it is good if we use it properly. Social media is a tool to connect society uniformly.

Student: okay, keep on speaking.

Teacher: but, in the last decade, we have seen a lot of changes both in positive and negative sense about social media usage.

Student: I think excessive use of social media is not good. Excess of everything is bad.

Teacher: interestingly for your kind information, social media don’t force us to sit and spend hours on different sites. It is us, who waste our time. The real application of social media is now forgotten.

Student: so, what was the real use of social media? enlighten me about this.

Teacher: the real purpose of social media is to impart education, social skills, and connectivity which it should do and it is doing. People who like glamour, fantasy, and fashion have corrupted this environment.

Student: but sir, these sites are fascinating, lucrative, and inspiring for everyone. Our happiness is now in the control of these social sites. We would not feel good if we don’t use it for some hours. We will be anxious enough.

Teacher: yes, our happiness realized glands named dopamine are controlled by the internet. We feel good when we have access to these sites and feel bad when these go down.

Student:  if we use it adequately, then these are also excellent. Teachers like you can enhance their knowledge skills. Social networking sites also conduct online examinations which play an important role to enhance the students’ knowledge.

Teacher: yes, I have seen such application which involves, mental and cognitive skills and improves learning of students.

Student: The impact of social networks on young people is significant. It is becoming increasingly clear that social networks have become part of people’s lives

Teacher:  oaky. Tell me something more.

Student: Social media and technology offer us greater convenience and connectivity: staying connected with family and friends worldwide, quick access to information and research, banking, online learning, job skills, and great marketing tools opportunities for remote employment. If you have a skill you can earn as well.

Teacher: it is published in an article that the researcher found that while the most-used social platforms for adults are Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook; teens prefer Snapchat and Instagram, while TikTok is reportedly the fastest growing social network among younger users especially in Subcontinent.

Student: The effects of social networking are twofold. On the positive side, social networks can act as invaluable tools for professionals. They achieve this by assisting young professionals to market their skills and seek business opportunities. Social networking sites may also be used to network efficiently.

Teacher:  oh, great. This is amazing. And do these sites have some drawbacks as well.

Student: On the negative side, the internet is full of several dangers and risks associated with online communities. Cyberbullying, which means a type of harassment that is perpetrated using electronic technology, is one of the risks.

Teacher: it is said that the amount of time spent on social sites is alarming. One report indicates the average teen ages 13 to 18 spends about nine hours on social media each day; tweens ages 8 to 12 are on for about six hours a day.

Student: Oh my goodness, these statistics are alarming.

Teacher: okay. Let's play a general knowledge game with you. I’ll give you a word and you have to describe it. Okay. Ready let's start. The word is “Facebook”.

Student: Facebook: This is the largest social media network on the Internet, with around 1.59 billion monthly active users. Moreover, Social media itself is not the problem. It is the most popular application which connects us with friends and family. But, be aware “Friends” on social media may not be friends, and may even be strangers.

Teacher:  we believe that Social Media is addictive. Okay, what do you know about social media sites? Twitter.

Student: Twitter: it a social app that allows us to communicate with each other. Twitter was founded on March 21, 2006. Governments, Professionals, and  Celebrities use this application to connect with their followers. This site has more than 320 million active monthly users who can build use of the 140 character limit to pass on information.

Teacher: Okay, that is quick and great. Now tell me what do you know about Google.

Student: Google+ is one of the popular social media sites these days. Everyone is now connected with Google because of its productivity and effectiveness. Its SEO value alone makes it a must-use tool for any small business

Teacher: Yes, both Quantity and quality matter in this field.  Now tell me something about another fantastic application named Youtube.

Student: YouTube is the biggest and most well-known video-based online networking site. You can upload videos and content for education, business, and entertainment purposes.

Teacher: and Instagram?

Instagram is a visual online networking stage. Here mostly, people upload their pictures. The site has more than 400 million dynamic users and is owned by Facebook. Pinterest, Tumblr, Flicker, and Reddit are also some famous social media sites of the same level.

Teacher: Social media also allow one to share a thought with another helps a man toward one side of the world to interface, converse, and trade thoughts with a man on the other side of the globe. With the rise of social media, now students can easily communicate or share information quickly with each other through various social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, and Instagram, etc

Student: yes it is true. Social media also affected the Education sector.

Teacher: there are many positive effects of Social Media on Education as social media gives away to the students to effectively reach each other in assignments, or for help on homework. Many of the students who do not take an interest consistently in class might feel that they can express their thoughts easily on social media which removes shyness. Access to social media provides the opportunity for educators to teach good digital citizenship and the use of the Internet for productivity. Teachers may post on social media about students, class activities, school events, homework assignments which will be very useful to them. It is seen that social media marketing has been emerging as a career option.

Student: Social media marketing prepares young people to become successful marketers.

Teacher: yes, it is true.

Student: There are many drawbacks of using social media platforms for a longer time.

Teacher: yes, I have seen and observed these drawbacks. Kindly tell me about some of the drawbacks.

Student: The first drawback that comes to mind is the kind of distraction to the students present in the class. As teachers were not able to recognize who is paying attention in the classroom [12]. · One of the biggest breakdowns of social media in education is the privacy issues like posting personal information on online sites, inappropriate information posted, students lose their ability to engage themselves for face-to-face communication. Many of the developers, bloggers, and writers post wrong information on social sites which leads the education system to failure.

Teacher:  Even social media controls our emotions.

Student: yes, researchers have found that excessive use of social media produces negative emotions, mainly envy, frustration, bad relationships, low self-esteem, addiction, depressions, and irregular sleep patterns.

Teacher: of really is it true.

Student: yes, I am saying true. I have taken this information from a BBC article named “Is social media bad for you? The evidence and the unknowns”. You can check it.

Teacher: okay dear, I will read it out. This looks informative to me.

Student:  Social media is used in various business functions. Marketing is one of the most important and common uses of social media in business. It works because today every brand has a target section of an online audience. Many sites like LinkedIn help the business by connecting with experts who can share some strategic plans. Business Development- Professional

Teacher: interestingly, I recently read a research article where the main theme of the title was that “Parents should educate themselves on their child’s use of social media, videos, apps, or games. Ask your child to teach you about a game they play or a show they watch. Parents can evaluate and set rules for better use of technology.”

Student: Parents and children need to remember that not all childhood memories need to be formed in the glow of a smartphone. Make time for family activities and encourage your child to put down tech gadgets.

Teacher: theoretically it is amazing. But practically now it is impossible.

Student: No, It is not, Sir. It is possible.

Teacher: but, how?

Student: Parents should keep an open eye on their children. Many of the social media sites are most popular on the web. Some social media sites have transformed the way where people communicate and socialize on the web.

Teacher: yes, exactly,

Student: Social networking sites render the opportunity for people to reconnect with their old friends, colleagues, and mates. It also helps people to make new friends, share content, pictures, audios, videos amongst them. Social media also changes the lifestyle of a society.

Teacher: Social media is a platform for people to discuss their issues and opinions. Before knowing the aspects of social media people must have to know what is social media? Social media are computer tools that allow people to share or exchange information’s, ideas, images, videos, and even more with each other through a particular network

Student: There are many positive effects of social media on society's connectivity. The first and foremost benefit of social media is connectivity. People from anywhere can connect with anyone. Regardless of the location and religion.

Teacher: The prettiness of social media is that you can attach with anyone to learn and share your thoughts.

Student: It also benefits the Education system. Social networking provides various benefits to students and teachers. It is very easy to educate others who are experts and professionals via social media. One can follow anyone to learn from him/her and enhance his knowledge about any field. Regardless of our location and educational background, we can educate ourself, without paying for it.

Teacher: yes an educator, I have observed this notion that technology helps us in this regard. Most educators and teachers are using these gadgets to improve the learning environment.

Student: now, we are well informed. Television and print media nowadays are one-sided and do not pass on a genuine message. With the assistance of web-based social networking, you can get the actualities and genuine data by doing some  internet exploration

Teacher: some drawbacks of social media on society are cyberbullying, hacking, personal reputation, addiction, fraud, and scams. We should focus on these because these are great threads.

Student: I agree with the thought that social media is already an irreplaceable part of our daily life. But I also believe that it is highly addictive in our society.

Teacher: Media today has a huge influence on teenagers. Be it television, computers, video games, social networking sites – it hugely impacts all aspects of a teen’s life. Everything is not bad with the media. If used in the right way, media can transform the lives of the youth from good to better.

Student:  In my opinion, people should try to avoid those sources, and spend their time on more productive things. I believe that there should be a balance between social media and real life.

Thank you again for enlighting me. See you again in a new video. Take care.

Traditional earning/E-commerce

Traditional earning/E-commerce

Teacher: Good morning, dear viewer, welcome to the English Speaking Practice class. how are you doing?

Student: Good morning, Sir. I am doing well. And you?

Teacher: Today our topic of discussion is the Traditional way of Earning and E-Learning. The Internet and the World Wide Web have brought a fundamental change in the way that individuals access data, information, and services. So, I’ve decided to pick this topic for discussion.

Student: it will be great. I would like to discuss this topic with you. With the advancement of technology, access to data, and information services, our way of earning is also changed. Now, in online services, we can credit and debt money with the help of a mobile phone. In past, this was a real uphill task.

Teacher: Yes, exactly, I have the same thinking. Nowadays, we can learn and earn through the internet and transact our money easily. Internet banking is readily changing and modifying its ways. I have a question for you. How much paper money do you have now? Paper money means that currency or currency notes.

Student: Now, I have Almost 1000 or 2000 rupees. But, why you are asking
Teacher: Here is my point. You might have 1000 or 2000 rupees in your pockets as currency notes but what if I ask you much money do you have collected. Then you will say that Almost it might be 2 lac rupees or one million in your bank account. You can transact this money at any time to anyone. Money is just a digital number for all of us because of the Internet. You can transfer and borrow money as you are credited with the digits in your account. You had 50,000 rupees in your account. Someone credited you with 25000, now you have 75000 in your account which does not involve any paper currency.

Student: I second your opinion. Yes, this is true because of this modernization, our ways of exchanging money are also changed now. We don’t have paper currency now what we have is only digital numbers that you have this and that amount of money in your account.

Teacher: Yes, this is true and it is known as internet banking which allows us to exchange money easily. Another outstanding factor is this now we can Earn through E-commerce. Nowadays, social media, business websites, and educational applications give your opportunities to grow financially.

Student:  In the last decade, the widespread use of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay has contributed to substantial growth in online retail. Short-term field-related jobs are also offered by Fiver and Upwork, so people can earn money online.

But, sir I have a question that if I want to start an online and affiliate marketing business, which field I should choose.

Teacher: that is an interesting question. As many researchers and especially I prefer that if you are interested in online business and affiliate marketing then you should choose, I.Com, D.Com, B.Com, and B.Com IT which will help you grow and these fields are related to your work.

Student: this means that I should choose I.Com, D.Com, B.Com, and B.Com IT for E-commerce expertise.

Teacher: Not necessarily dear. What you have to do is only learn some basics of business and marketing. If you are from some other field, it doesn’t matter you can still choose online commerce subjects and affiliate marketing courses as these are now offered by many universities.

Student: E-commerce and affiliated marketing have drastically change the whole marketing scenario. Physical barriers are now dissolved and online careers are being pursued by many skillful employees. almost anything can be purchased through e-commerce today.

Teacher: Yes. Exactly.

Student: Through social media, we can earn by any means.

Teacher: For example, if you are competent and good at communication skills you can learn through social media sites. If you are skilled and academically strong you can work on Fiver and Upwork-like sites. If you are a business-minded person and persuade someone to buy products then affiliated marking sites like Amazon, Daraz and Olx will be easy to access. Just like diamonds, we have to polish our skills for these jobs.

Student: I will definitely improve myself to this level of hard work and intelligence.

Teacher: Yes, everyone can learn and earn through social media and affiliated marketing. I like your sentence that just like a diamond, we have to polish our skills for these jobs. Exactly, this is the way. Most of us spend our lives in our comfort zone and don’t push ourselves to learn some skills.

Student: I believe, that instead of crying, we must work. It is good to have enough money in your pocket than to beg someone to feed you. Online marketing sites offer us these opportunities. Just image instead of your 9-5 job, well suited and pressurized by your employer and on the other hand, there is no 9-5 bounding and just work, when you want and what you want.

Teacher: As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, companies have moved their daily work online. However, there are still many businesses that have closed and thousands of workers have lost their jobs. This is the sad truth of 2020.

Student: yes, because of the Covid -19, people hesitate to visit physically. So, most of the physical commerce is now o the verge of decline.  Direct to consumer e-commerce is the newest model of e-commerce.

Teacher: I have heard about many marketing strategies, but someone said that the D2C strategy is the best marketing tool. I don’t understand what it is.

D2C means that a brand is selling directly to its end customer without going through a retailer, distributor, or wholesaler. It means you can buy and sell anything from anyone.

Teacher: no doubt. E-commerce is doing a faboulous job in our lives. All of us are positively benefited by e-commerce. I am trying to improve myself by learning online about e-commerce and affiliated marketing.

Student: Just imagine, you have the leverage to do your work at any time either it's day or night. Homebased job where there is no need to compliance the instructions. Just you at your own pace of time with immediate financial reward.

Teacher: yes, like a dream job.

Student:  Exactly.

Teacher: True, I will prefer online work. I have some interesting factors too. In Pakistan, With a figure of more than 44 million internet users, which is about 20% of the population, Pakistan currently ranks number 22nd in the world. Pakistan is the 46th largest market for e-commerce with a revenue of US$4 billion in 2020,

Student: According to YouGov.com, 69% of internet users in Pakistan have full-time jobs; and a large proportion of internet users in Pakistan tend to be young, educated, and relatively affluent. If our education and government system helps them to learn this modern knowledge and skills. I can assure you that we will do economic miracles

Teacher: Appreciated, this is the spirit.

Student: Many websites offer you home-based jobs, part-time and contract-based jobs, and immediate financial rewards. If you google it, there are many e-commerce, banking, and learning websites where you can find buyers and sellers.

Teacher: Yes, even people are working as a company at a small level with a variety of expertise. This is the easiest way to approach a relevant field.

Student: Today it’s almost inconceivable that a company wouldn’t be using digital space to drive sales and bottom lines. Here are some of the top e-commerce companies: Alibaba  Amazon Walmart eBay Wayfair: Daraz, OLX. If you can work as an organization then it will be easy to target your relevant jobs in the e-commerce hub.

Teacher: yes, these applications and websites are really helpful.

Student: There are minimal things that we should consider as for good affiliate marketing we should be good at content optimization system, content management system, close loop marketing, authorization, on and off-page optimization, inventory, and keyword stuffing. More and more brands are extending their go-to-market with DTC businesses. it is predicted that by 2027, social commerce will drive $604 billion in sales

Teacher: alright. This is a phenomenon.

Student: nowadays, Customers from around the world can easily shop for e-commerce sites – companies are no longer restricted by geography or physical barriers. You can shop anything from anywhere around the globe in no time. Just download the marketing application and enjoy.

Teacher: E-commerce has grown phenomenally worldwide over the past few years, but most of these sales were made by domestic buyers purchasing from domestic sellers. However, purchasing from foreign sellers has recently gained traction as the share of buyers has climbed from 15-21 percent. Approximately, 25 percent of shopping worldwide is now taking place online, with China recording a colossal 440 million online consumers.

Student:  E-commerce emerges as new world order these days. People with desired online skills and education are earning more than anyone in this field. Moreover, it is a type of network that will earn both active and passive earning.

Teacher: what are active and passive earning. I don’t understand. Kindly elaborate.

Student: Active earning is something like you do work and paid for it whereas passive earning is like you are not doing work but still earning money like if you write a book. It is a one-time effort but when that book will be published. Whenever it will be told you will get a royalty on each published book. This is called passive earning. It is like a continued reward for your work.

Teacher: oh amazing, it means that we can earn well through online work.

Student: Yes you can work as Amazon Expert, Amazon Accounts officer, Product hunter, product researcher, private labeling expert, and e-commerce executive. All of these are well appreciated and extremely productive.

Teacher: The youth of today are far happier to embrace technology in a way the older generation never will, and the promotion and regulation of e-commerce will be more significant in terms of providing employment opportunities for 130 million over the next 30 years.

Student: Yes, it is 100% true. We more often acceptably embrace technology.

Teacher: The role of social media, especially social networks, cannot be ignored in e-commerce adoption. Interest in e-commerce is also evident in the growing interest of most national and multi-national consumer brands and retailers in social media; especially the Facebook

Student: Social media sites are the hub of learning and earning. People are earning money by showing their skills and expertise.

Teacher: yes, of course.

Student: many sites offer money according to your expertise like you can be an Online Tutor, Search Engine Evaluator, Social Media Manager, Freelance Writer, Online Influencer, Web Designer, Micro-Freelancing At Fiverr, Virtual Recruiter.

Teacher: it is like a world of your profession. Just like you embrace your passion as a profession.

Student: exactly, that is why I am now in favor of online business.

Teacher: that is true. If we have a general store in our town. It is better to label it online and start your e-commerce business. So, it will no longer be accessed only by your town fellows but anyone around the globe. It will expand your number of customers.

Student:  I am interested in the e-commerce business. What should I do about it?

Teacher: hmm, then I will suggest you make a plan first. What you want to sell. Then make your item different by using business tactics and provide a quality stud. Moreover, you will need to build a good website where you can label your products and a team of excellent co-workers and retailers.

Student: that’s a good point. I think I should start garment business. It is very profitable.

Teacher: every business is profitable if you do it with consistency and hard work. As examined, the e-commerce business advancement consistently centers to offer an exceptionally modified and easy-to-understand understanding for both the business person and the purchaser.

Student:  thank you sir for your suggestion. I will read about e-commerce. Thanks again for enlightening me. See you in the next video. Good Bye.

Trees are of importance not only to man but also to birds and animals. The branches of trees give shelter to millions of birds and forest give shelter to numerous wild animals. We value trees not only for their usefulness but also for their beauty. They have a way to refreshing the eye and also refreshing the mind. Perhaps that is why the rishies of olden days were drawn to the forests, and they and their peoples chose to going forest homes in company of Nature. In modern times when Rabindranath Tagore started a school, he too chose a place full of trees and called it Shanti Niketcrn or the home of peace.
Once upon a time large areas of India were covered with forests full of numerous kinds of trees. As the population grew, trees began to be cut down for man’s use. That is how the wonderful forest described In our ancient poems came to be destroyed, and a great part of our forest wealth was lost. Now we are trying to replace this loss, and our government wants trees to be planted all over the country. A new festival called ‘Van Mahotsava’ has been started for this purpose. Since trees are the country’s wealth we must consider it our sacred duty to protect them. We should plant new trees wherever we can and look after them well.
