Ans: Nushirvan advised his people to be
kind and just to others. He advised them to nip the evil in the bud.

about to shed the blood of an innocent boy.

Ans: The king had realized his sense of
injustice and cruelty. He did not take the life of the innocent boy. This
noble deed became a source of King’s recovery.
