Ans: Norma did not welcome him. life insurance she posed to be busy. Probably, he was hurt by this kind of attitude. So, his tone might have become a bit harsh.

Ans: Arthur’s life insurance policy has great significance for Norma. She would get 50,000$ in case of Arthur’s accidental death. This amount will be enough for her to live a better life.

Ans: Norma could not remain normal after hearing the news of her husband’s accident. She could hardly breathe. She could hardly stand even. She felt a shocking pain in her head.

Ans: Tit for Tat is the moral of the story. It teaches us that he who digs a pit for others falls into it. It teaches that greed is a curse. It teaches that we should not be selfish in any case.
